HEALTHCARE FOR ALL
Why Healthcare Matters
In our country, catering to the last mile delivery of healthcare has consistently posed a significant challenge. A staggering 72% of the population resides in rural areas, where access to healthcare infrastructure is limited to a mere 25%. Conversely, urban slum dwellers, primarily comprised of migrants, face formidable livelihood challenges, relegating health concerns to the bottom of their priorities.
WHAT WE DO
Dream and Green Foundation’s comprehensive and community-centric health programme takes primary healthcare services to the doorsteps of underserved communities in both rural and urban India. Following a two pronged approach, the programme provides curative as well as preventive services, addressing the gaps in availability, accessibility and affordability of healthcare.
